Great pub in the centre of Neumünster, the only proper pub in the town, and a very good one at that. Very friendly servers and a good atmosphere. All locals in the pub and we felt very welcome as non-german speakers

Friendly staff, had a big meal with €12.5, it was good, but people smoking inside.

The Schnitzel was really nice over here. We were sitting inside on a warm day. A lot of smokers were sitting outside. But you can sit cozy both inside and outside. I would recommend eating a schnitzel here!

Very big portions. Enough for 2 people for sure. Food is very tasty.

We sampled the more Teutonic part of the menu, with bratwurst and schnitzel, which were both tasty and well-sized. Fries were perfect, gold and crispy. A hint of paprika powder was sprinkled on top, didn't feel the dish really needed that. Service was prompt and helpful, atmosphere also great, with tables outside on the border of the city's main square (slight drawback was the fire fighters at work at a building a few doors down that burnt down a couple of days prior - nothing the restaurant could help, of course).

Surprising great place to dine! It looks like a shaky, typical german “Kneipe” but guest are in for a pleasant surprise. Really good, home made food all the way from the beginning, no short cuts, or heated up soups. Really big portions, one is enough for two persons. Very modest prices and very friendly staff. I can only give it an absolute top rating

Very tasty traditional dishes. Good portion, schnitzel prepared ideally. Beer tasty with ideal temperature. Food came in less than 10 minutes. Staff friendly and speaking English. Reasonable price. It’s surprising how from ordinary food you can make something very tasty. Highly recommend
